The leaderboard ranks the players who are up today, this week, and on the longest winning run today. It lists winners only, and it's for bragging. There are no prizes for a rank, and nothing is handed out when a day or week ends.

If an old link about tournaments brought you here, those belonged to the previous Basement.

Open the leaderboard

Tap Rewards, then the Today's rank row. While you're up today, that row shows your rank and how much you're up. On a computer, click the Leaderboard tab at the top, and the board opens in the left column beside the match.

The sheet has two tabs. Players ranks people and Crew ranks the fighters.

It opens on Today. When nobody is up today yet but someone is up this week, it opens on This week instead.

Today, This week and In a row

BoardWhat it ranksStarts over
TodayNet result of your settled picks00:00 UTC every day
This weekNet result of your settled picksMonday 00:00 UTC
In a rowYour longest run of winning rounds today00:00 UTC every day

Net result is what came back minus what you staked, across every pick that settled in the period. A pick counts when it settles, so a round that ends just after midnight UTC counts toward the new day.

Each board shows the top 20. Rankings catch up as rounds settle, and an open board refreshes about once a minute.

How In a row counts

A round counts when it paid you back more than you put on it. If you backed more than one side, the total that came back has to beat the total you staked. Any other settled round ends the run, and refunded rounds are skipped.

Your best run of the day is what ranks. Ties go to whoever got there first.

Who shows up on a board

A board shows only players who are up for the period. Anyone at zero or below is left off, you included, so your losses never appear on a board.

If you're in the top 20, your row sits in the list marked You. If you're not, your own row is pinned under the board. It shows your rank and how much you're up, or Not on today's board yet (Not on this week's board yet on the weekly board). It never shows a minus. On In a row it shows Best today with your best run. The pencil on your row lets you change your handle.

When nobody is up yet, the board reads Nobody up yet and Win a pick to get on the board. On In a row it reads Nobody yet today and Call a winner to start one.

A crown and a number beside a handle on Today or This week counts that player's Kingmaker moments in the period, the rounds their Drop decided. On the weekly board, your pinned row shows your own count while you're up, and Rewards shows this week's count too. See Drops for how a Drop gets the crown.

A rank pays nothing, so it's never worth picking bigger to climb. If chasing a rank starts to change how much you pick, read play responsibly.

Play credits and B3 boards

Play credits and real B3 are ranked on separate boards. Everyone sees the play-credit boards.

A Play and B3 switch appears once you can play with real B3, which means you're signed in, you've accepted the terms, and B3 is available where you are. See real B3 and availability. If you're up with B3, your handle and your B3 result can show on the B3 board.

Play credits are free and never become B3, so the two boards never mix.

The Crew tab

Crew ranks the 15 crew members by form under the heading Wins vs the odds. A fighter on a run of three or more wins goes first, with a flame and the count.

The rest are ordered by how many more rounds they've won than a fair share would give them. That's the plus or minus number on each row. A fighter in a duel should win half the time and a kart in a six-kart race a sixth, so raw win counts would favor whoever plays duels.

Each row also shows wins out of rounds played and the arena where they do best. Tap a row for their character sheet, where you can follow them. Form doesn't change anyone's chances. As the character sheet puts it, "Every round starts even. Form is for bragging." More in the crew.
